Welcome to Mimetry-Art! We appreciate your interest in our designs.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, www.mimetry-art.com. By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. How Our Shop Works: The On-Demand Model
To offer you unique designs and reduce our environmental impact, our shop operates on a print-on-demand model. This means we do not hold any physical inventory.
Made Especially for You: When you place an order, each item (whether it's a poster, framed print, or tote bag) is individually produced just for you by our production partners.
Global Production, Local Delivery: We partner with a network of printers around the world. Your order will be routed to the production facility closest to your delivery address to optimize shipping times and reduce our carbon footprint.
This model allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without creating waste from excess stock.

2. Order & Production Process
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is automatically sent to our production partner.
The fulfillment time is typically 2 to 5 business days. This is the time it takes to create your product and is in addition to the shipping time.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number whenever possible.

3. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and the products in your order.
Shipping times vary by location. An estimated delivery window will be provided during the checkout process.
Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply. The buyer is solely responsible for paying these fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

4. Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Given the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:
A) We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
Since every item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons including:
You've changed your mind.
You've ordered the wrong size or color.
The product wasn't what you expected (we highly recommend reading the product descriptions and reviewing the images carefully before placing your order).
B) We DO offer replacements or refunds for quality issues.
We are committed to resolving any issues related to product quality or production errors. If your item arrives in any of the following conditions, please contact us:
It was damaged in transit.
It has a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing errors, stains, etc.).
You received the incorrect item (a different design, size, or color than the one you ordered).
How to Report an Issue:
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your product via email at: info@mimetry-art.com.
In your email, please include:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Clear photos showing the defect on the product and, if possible, the original packaging.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost or, if you prefer, offer a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, graphics, and text appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Mimetry-Art and are protected by copyright laws. The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to make our product descriptions and images as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will perfectly reflect the final product's color, as this may vary depending on your monitor's calibration.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
